All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Europe: Estimated 15 business days after shipment
  • International: Delivery time may vary by destination

📨 How do I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery status online. If you didn’t receive your tracking number, please contact us.

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in original condition. Please note that custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

We begin processing orders shortly after they're placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
